"We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! "Highly recommend Stephen. I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain despite using a plunger, Drain-O, a 25' snake, and everything I could think of using. I called numerous plumbers and Stephen was one of the few who was able to give me a quote (other quotes I received were at least twice as much) and showed up first thing the next morning. He was incredibly thorough with his work, running multiple tests, and not leaving my home until he was 100% sure the clog had been fully cleared. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"I was expecting a phone call to schedule installation. Instead, They just showed up with the water heater. I was not busy that day so I let them go ahead and install. Install was quick site was clean except for the removal of the old water heater. The plumber said that he doesn’t remove the old equipment, they have a guy that does it and he will contact me soon. After 4 days and many phone calls they finally got someone to remove heater. He was from a totally different company. When I complained about the wait he responded I just found out about it last night."
