"Reliant Painting did a masterful job painting the exterior of my home. All of the siding and trim was peeling and flaking. The crew spent days of heavy scraping and sanding which cleaned up the surface tremendously. Using Top-Quality Benjamin Moore Paints made the results even more incredible. Thanks to Leone and his crew my house looks beautiful now."

"My husband and I hired Chris and his crew to install granite countertops, new sink, new faucet and new backsplash just before the New Year, in late December 2016. We experienced absolutely excellent service at every turn. Chris is fantastic with communication. If you send a text you get an immediate response whether it be early morning, day or evening. Chris was very pleasant and positive, he created an enthusiastic exchange. If you didn't know better you'd think he was as excited about our kitchen as we were! He had photos and great suggestions as to choosing the granite color, which was a nice surprise. Typically contractors don't want to get involved in décor choices. He only made suggestions when asked and didn't interfere with our decision making or try to persuade us to go with product x or y, which was great. What is truly amazing is that he did absolutely everything he said he would do exactly when he said he would do it. We never waited around and there never was a break in the project. Once we agreed on the particulars and the pricing he took action immediately. The subcontractors who worked with him were definitely top notch individuals. No slackers here, no one was rude or disrespectful and they were very knowledgeable in their respective fields. Very nice individuals to have in our home. Nothing went missing, no sloppy messes. They left things as they found them. I could not believe there was almost no mess whatsoever with the tile backsplash when we had this done after our old countertop was removed. The contents of our cabinets were exposed for a few days but you would hardly know. Really a very clean and neat crew. As for budget Chris was very up front. He suggested possible additional costs we might run into and by the time the project was said and done we were very happy. The project was pricey but it was top quality stuff, we got our money's worth and we definitely feel he treated us fairly at every turn. I will also mention that there was one opportunity for us to run into trouble but we did not. The kitchen faucet began to loosen on the first day post project. This was after we'd paid the final bill. We contacted Chris and he sent someone out right away to make the correction. (I think the granite sink we chose created challenges for the installation.) However, the next day I came home to find the faucet in perfect position and we've had no trouble since. I doubt you can have a big project without a correction on something but you always worry about getting attention after the bill is paid. Not so with Chris. Everything was installed exactly as we asked. The granite was the thickness which was represented. The sink installation fantastic. I even waited a few weeks to write this review to see how things would turn out. I can't say enough about the quality of this transaction. We just love Chris and we have an outstanding change and effect for what really was a partial remodel. Really a fant"

"Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"I’ve hired Giovanni for 3 projects and I’ve been very satisfied with his work and level of professionalism. He is easy to get into contact with, is readily available for projects and the pricing is very reasonable. He comes in does the job and leaves the place fresh and clean. I would and will continue to hire he for all my future painting project needs. The before pic is the yellow and the after is the beige."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
