"After contacting installers through Home Depot, where we bought a new Rheem water heater and others through Home Advisor and Yelp, we hired Matt from Platinum Plumbing to install a new water heater, since he was very responsive (came that day within two hours) and provided excellent customer at at a very reasonable price. It took Matt about 1.5 hours to the install the new water heater and everything was done according to Placer County Building Codes. Matt also took away the old water heater for us. Matt from Platinum plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Matt!"

"Recently just had a heated floor installed in my bathroom but had not been able to use it because I needed to install the switch above my bathroom light switches.. they sent out their electrician to cut into the wall and wire in the heated floor switch; he was really nice and helpful in explaining how to use the new switch."

"I called Franky on Wednesday afternoon, he had an existing meeting in my town on Thursday and he squeezed me in after the meeting. We met, he gave me a price on installing exterior permanent lighting (Govee System) and he was able to have the system installed and completed by the end of the day. Clean work and worked great. I went to link the device to my Wi-Fi and realized my ladder wouldnâ t reach where the device was located, Franky came back the next morning to relocate the device (I tipped him as I approved the work the day prior).
