I had some big picture windows replaced by them last fall and shortly later a bird flew into one of them and cracked the outer pane. Figuring that SELIG would procrastinate on fixing it since I didn't finance I just paid in full, I called and left a message. I was happily surprised by a return call stating they wud put in the order for a new window and would be out to install it when it arrived. (A 3 hour drive one way to my home for them) Kevin showed up promptly and replaced the whole window quickly with no questions asked. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
