"Palatial Pools installed a large in-ground pool and spa for me back in 2007. I did not want to see or hear the equipment, so they installed that about one hundred feet away in a "hidden" location. Douglas Vunk was my main contact for this project and he and his crew did a great job with everything. Since initial installation, I have used Palatial Pools as my regular cleaning and maintenance company. Douglas is always on time for scheduled services. He also has provided me with a prompt emergency service once, and is flexile with his scheduling when the scheduled service date does not work for me. Douglas is a very knowledgeable and technical Professional, but has the ability to explain everything in terms that I can understand. I have recommended Palatial to friends and colleagues, and will continue to use Palatial and Douglas Vonk as my Pool Technician."

"I hired Nicks company to fo contracting, painting, masonry, in addition to my light handy work around the house. The fact that he can do small to extra large jobs with the same level of care and quality and comes EXACTLY when he says he will is rare in this industry. As long as we are in our home he is our guy. We highly recommend his company!"
