"In the middle of one of the hottest Summer's I can remember, a power surge caused my central air to malfunction and stop working. I scheduled an appointment online with Green Planet. The next morning a friendly receptionist called me and asked if they could come earlier than the appointment I had scheduled. This was a blessing in disguise. Having had nasal surgery recently, being without the air conditioning made breathing difficult. The technician showed up and was able to diagnose the issue easily. He had it repaired and was on his was quicker than I could have imagined and I now have my air conditioning back online. I appreciate the friendly and professional service from the first contact through the repair process. When it's time for service or maintenance again, I will definitely call Green Planet. They are too notch!! Thank you for all you did for me today!!"
