We have had service yearly for those 10 years as well as occasional replacement of capacitors, thermostats, compressors, "freon" , etc. Warranties covered much of the expense. We now have service contracts for maintenance and appreciate so much D'Spain's calling us to set up the service. They are very responsive whenever we need them--coming to our home the same day or next--all the way from Bandera to almost Junction! Techs are respectful of property, knowledgeable and professional! They continue to totally satisfy us!"
