"John was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and even directed us to contractors who could assist us in other areas. He was friendly and efficient. I hired the company to rip out my floor after my refrigerator water line broke. They worked very hard and even took time to clean the repair dust off of my oven before they left. His experience and knowledge of this business is terrific. He brought to my attention that I may be eligible for a significant financial rebate because of the specific asbestos that was removed. Sharing this information and providing guidance on how to pursue the claim went above and beyond the scope of work for my project. Brian does not just show up to do a job, he is thoughtful and considers the full situation to ensure his clients receive the best work and care.
