I relied upon the following objective factors in compiling this recommendation: *Communication: After emailing Joel regarding the scope of my projects, he both responded, visited my home to become more familiar with the project requirements, and provided a reasonable estimate in a very timely manner. *Timeliness: I have lived in the LV area for 28+ years. On numerous occasions, both friends and family have complained that home repair persons either arrived tardily to their appointments, or failed to appear.
