We initially inquired about a repair (rain was leaking in through a roof mail that was visible through the very worn shingles). At Stu's recommendation, we decided on replacing the whole roof because it was quite old and worn. We had all plywood and shingles replaced, and we are so grateful we did (once the roof guys were tearing off the old roof, it was apparent that the old shingles and plywood were in very bad shape).
