He explained in depth, even figured my electric use and probable cost etc and I decided to go with that. There were no local dealers for this pump and he went out of his way to locate and deliver one for me. He kept me appraised every step of the way. I was having family come to town in 10 days and he worked extremely hard to make sure it was up and running. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone. They are professional, polite, intelligent, clean up their mess, and customer service is outstanding. If I could give them 100 stars I would. By the way I LOVE THE HEATER PUMP!!!!!"
