Screen porch roof is slightly lower than low point of house roof (which is good). Pine needles and oak leaves falling and collecting on screened enclosure collected at times and caused rainwater to collect in the screen porch aluminum tray roof. Each tray of the screen porch roof has open ends (faulty design, I think!). House fascia adjacent to screen porch became wet in some areas and have rot. Thie has caused water to run off the end of the aluminum roof trays and drip into the screen porch. I am looking for three things: 1) Remove existing screen porch roof which is made of 16 aluminum trays (about 1 ft x 15 ft each) 2) Repair any rotten wood / fascia material.
