Walls and ceiling that don t exactly lineup anymore. Surprises discovered in demolition. Original design that was not thought thru in 1973. Jcs Work through all these issues to reach a workable solution for me. Cost wise, to sum it up, they charge a very reasonable price. They do things the right way. They handled extra issues while here, the plus referring to remodeling the den, plus all the issues that were on my punchlist around the house. Jeff took care Of all issues. He did not consider the job finished until every last issue was off the punchless. I believe his goal is to never end a job without leaving a customer completely happy. In my case, everything in the kitchen and dining room from head to toe was replaced. Many extras were done including adding a walkout door. This was a very large job."
