He explained everything to us thoroughly and I'm thankful for his advice to removed our carpet and pad after being saturated by groundwater --he saved us some headache dealing with drying them out and cleaning and possible mustiness and health issues! He and his team were fast but careful, very respectful and professional, and we felt like he paid special attention to us during a potentially stressful experience. "Had a leak building up under my bathroom counter. I had a suspicion there might be mold! Called Tier 1 because it was recommended by my neighbor since they have had the same issue! Tier one came and tested for mold and found some. They took out the bad drywall, cleaned out the mold and fixed it up like new!! They were so quick and the quality is amazing! Definitely recommend!!!!!"
