Not only did Frank have the best price, he was the only one with an itemized estimate, breaking down the materials, hourly rate and hours required. When he came by for a deposit I was worried Iâ d have to ask for a receipt, nope. He had one already printed out on company letter head ready to go. He arrived when he said he would, performed the work he promised, and communicated very well throughout the process. Another thing to add is his work is very detailed and neat.
