"We've had poor air flow into our master bedroom since we moved in 2 years ago. We had an A/C company come out and tell us there's structural issues that's "pinching" the duct going to the room...and it was going to be a costly reno project to rework ducting to the room to fix. I contacted Rescue Air for a second opinion. Andrew came out for a free analysis (very nice and polite with a pinch of dad humor. lol) and within 15 min up in the attic fixed the issue. Turns out the ductwork was fine (was a little pinched, but nothing that would affect airflow much at all), but the wingnuts on the damper leading to the master bedroom were loose and the damper was almost 100% closed. So he opened it, tightened the wingnuts, and voila...he saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary work! Andrew was amazing. This company is fair, knowledgeable, and timely. Definitely recommend them, and will absolutely use them moving forward."

"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to.
