If I could put in ten more stars I would. He solved mine AND my husband's computer problems. AND he is friendly - let me even say kind. I would even say that I love him and he will be our only technician - and we have a son who masters the techie communications systems for all over the USA, and a Canadian office. I am so stupid. Do dumb people have to sign their names here?"
