"Called me right away & was available to come by within the hour to look at the job. It was a bedroom, hallway & sitting room that needed the carpet stretched to remove buckles. Bill was able to perform the work right then so I said OK & get-er-done! His price was fair for the work he did & he was efficient, neat & cleaned up after himself.
