"ErickĆ¢ s Construction & Hardscaping came and estimated the chimney repair. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in one day. During the job Erick kept me apprised of the repairs with photographs. Upon completion, they cleaned up the repair debris. Communication was guick and questions were answered promptly. Erick was proud of his work and shared photographs of other completed projects. His price for the repairs was reasonable and fair. I was very pleased with the results and look forward to working with him on future projects."

Inside/outside paint, cabinets paint
"If anyone needs a professional kitchen cabinet painter, we strongly recommend Mr. Dennis Inahuazo of Denmai Painting, who recently painted our kitchen and cabinets. He is bonded, thoroughly meticulous, friendly, constantly follows up, and very conscientious. He had special training in Canada in factory finishing cabinets. Every inch not to be painted was covered in plastic and taped. We will be hiring him again this winter. We highly recommend him."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnĆ¢ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canĆ¢ t say enough good things about them!"

"Edwards Construction is amazing. We renovated a 1912 house and James did all the tile and marble work. From kitchen backsplash to three bathrooms, flooring in our sun room, laundry room and even a dog shower, James is great. He pays attention to the details and takes his time. Now IĆ¢ m having him replace all the fireplace surrounds in our house. I cannot recommend him enough. I have and will continue to recommend James Edwards with Edwards Construction."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes theyāll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. Weāve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work ā covering, taping and scraping ā itās fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, youāll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. Youāll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. Itās almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
