"I hired Glowing Aura to deep clean my disabled brother's apartment. I cannot praise Ms. Aurica and Glowing Aura highly enough! Making arrangements with Aurica was 101% satisfactory. She is as kind, thoughtful, clear-headed, relaxed, generous, intelligent and articulate as can be, and a charming, wonderfully responsive person. She and her partner cleaned my brother's place with careful, meticulous attention to EVERY minute detail, bathroom, kitchen, floors, cabinets, drawers, even adding extra welcome services like applying wood polish to furniture and setting up a new bed with a new mattress cover and new sheets--which hadn't been discussed ahead of time. Helping clients organize their spaces is also a service Glowing Aura provides, and Aurica helped my brother arrange clothes in the closet and back into empty and newly cleaned dresser drawers. He was perfectly delighted with the results, repeatedly saying that the apartment is now "sparkling" everywhere as never, ever before. Glowing Aura's charges were perfectly reasonable, moderate and fair. It is difficult to completely express what a satisfying pleasure it is to deal with Aurica. She responded immediately to my general inquiry on Home Advisor, and from her first voicemail message to me I could tell what a trustworthy, confidence-inspiring and agreeable person she is. This was confirmed, over and over, in subsequent conversations, and by my brother's complete satisfaction and his great pleasure in meeting, talking and working with Aurica. She is a wonderful, insightful lady, dedicated to her perfectionistic work. I cannot imagine a more knowledgeable and skilled, more genial, accommodating, flexible and cooperative person providing cleaning services. I recommend Aurica and Glowing Aura in the warmest possible terms, and wish I knew how to more widely proclaim their virtues. I eagerly look forward to highly recommending them at every opportunity.
