"Jacob was incredibly professional and kind and answered my many many questions and taught me a lot about what he was doing. He also found me a first time customer discount and helped me unclog an additional line. I called to get help with a leaky shower and not only did he fix every part of the overflow line that rusted out but he also helped me with a washing machine hookup issue too so I could drain my washer in the basement. He was excellent. I have saved his number for the future. I will use him again for sure. Very satisfied. Thank you Jacob!"
