"We hired NewPro because of the product information and presentation. We paid for one third of the work, and we're waiting to schedule the work. An up to 12 weeks of wait. But the rep and customer service people have followed up as agreed with their schedule. So far,we had the presentation, signed agreement, the follow up call the products were ordered, and the first payment was processed. We're on our 8 weeks so far on the waitng time to schedule the work next."
