"Ben McElroy, owner and operator, arrived right on time with all the right equipment and had a very nice business demeanor. He steam cleaned, did pet odor treatment, sanitized and applied scotch guard treatment at a very reasonable price. He was here about 1 .5 hours and did 4 rooms and a hallway. Spots have come out that have previously been treated unsuccessfully by others. My grandchildren can safely play now on my carpeting."

He cleaned my oriental rugs with steam only per my request and even cautioned us (my husband is handicapped) about falls due to dampness. I will use his service again.
