"I want to start my review by saying that these people have heart. They are not the kind to take your money and do a poor job. Each client is a person to them, not an invoice, and that is just one of the reasons why I hire them for all my house's plumbing needs. If you have a plumbing issue you MUST call Independence Plumbing, and they will make it right for you at a very reasonable price. They work their hearts out to please their customers and always do as they say they would. Their employees are highly trained and work by the same principles as the company owners. By personal experience I can honestly say that plumbing issues should not be trusted to a different company; they probably spend thousands on advertising just to charge their customers a lot of money. Independence Plumbing doesn't need to advertise on tv....their work excellence speaks for itself. I bought my house in September of 2010 after an OK from the inspector, but little did I know that I was walking into a money trap thanks to the faulty plumbing, which has cost me thousands of dollars, but at the same time Independence Plumbing has saved me thousands more. The kind of work that they have done to this house is unbelievable, and it is thanks to them that this house hasn't flooded or fallen apart on me. They always manage to find the problem and tackle it with great competence and expertise. I really can't say enough of how much these guys mean to me, and I want everyone to know that you can count on them. Independence Plumbing will make it right and give you peace of mind again. Russell: Thank you for finally finding the leaking problem. If it wasn't for your knowledge and dedication my house could have flooded at any time. Kudos to you, Frankie and Phil!!!!
