I have seen multiple contractors doing the similar projects or even smaller than ours at my friendâ  s house and taking weeks to complete the job, in addition damaging good chunk of the lawn and sometimes even damaging sprinkler/s. However, in the case of MJ masonry, they were very gentle with the lawn and the sprinklers. They cleaned up everyday before they leave and thorough cleaning after the job done. I had a deck/porch floor that needed replacing and upon demolition the team found some structural deficiencies that they called to my attention. Having spent many years in the building products business I have a good knowledge of best practices and the remedy Maria and her team recommended were spot on. The deck is more secure now than when first build due to the enhancements that were made! The team was on-time, very efficient in the use of time, and kept the job-site clean and orderly each day.
