This project was for a complete tear down of a existing deck, and concrete stair landing and construction of a new stair landing and a new deck with Tek decking and rails, When reviewing and quoting the project, Bret was professional, and had the expertise to recognize and identify other issues that other contractors failed to considered. Scope of all the work was explained and identified in his proposal. It was nice to work with a contractor that still practices listening to the customer, makes a fair proposal for the project and takes pride in there work."
