"Chase answered all my concerns during the estimate meeting, providing me with information without pressure to buy. Great Plains was also one of the few siding contractors that did not "require" my wife to be present at our in-home meeting. His work crew arrived each morning about eight and left between five and six in the evening after they did a general clean up of the yard. They worked hard and it was easy to see they were a true team as they worked smoothly together. Their craftsmanship and pride is evident in their work. A small issue with missing cosmetic screw plugs for the door window appeared at the end of the job. Even though I had signed off on the project, Chase went the extra mile and made sure to correct the issue (he had to order them twice) himself. As a former contractor in a similar business, I can tell you many contractors would "forget" about this two-dollar type of issue. "I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"
