Although it was nearly 10pm on a Thursday, we spoke live with a tech, assured her that this was not an emergency, but we would like someone to come out asap. First thing the next morning, Cornerstone followed up with me and set an appointment for that very afternoon (Friday). They sent me both an email and picture of our tech and appointment confirmation. Prior to arrival, they called as well to ensure our availability. Our tech, Chris, was knowledgeable and respectful as he diagnosed the problem and presented different alternative solutions. He was extremely polite and professional. They forwarded me through to Chris again who was able to get the new system installed the very next day, despite it being a weekend (Saturday). I received another appointment confirmation email with the name and picture of my installer, Josh. Josh and his co-worker arrived at my house first thing Saturday morning. With 2 people working, the estimated installation time was cut in half, ensuring that our system would be fully functional by early afternoon. Both technicians were polite, respectful, and informative, explaining how to navigate through our new system, as well as ensuring the county permits would be issued once the business week reopened (I received my permit on Tuesday, along with a phone call to confirm) and the steps we would take to walk through that process.
