When it came time to setup maintenance, I made sure to get several quotes- most compnies wanted more than $400 a month to service my pool and that was Biweekly! 911 Pool Rescue was able to offer me an annual agreement for a FRACTION of the cost everyone else wanted AND it is WEEKLY service!!!! My pool is swim ready year round, ALWAYS crystal clear and they have NEVER missed an appointment. I cannot recommend them enough!! They are transparent in all they do and always go above and beyond. Bonus: They even put my packages in my backyard when I was out of town!! 5 Stars, all the way!!"

During the summer at a hotel your pool is in high demand. So having a pool out of order is No Bueno! They came out in a timely manner and had our pool up and running in less than 24 hours. "Joe from Island Aquatics was excellent. The diagnostic was free, and he would not leave until he was able to determine what the issue was. He ran through all the systems and sensors but there was no issue. He called the factory tech which stated that it was a gas pressure issue which he knew it wasnâ t. He would not stop until he was able to determine what the issue was. Turned out it was the main computer board. Ordered the part, replaced and back in operation. Could not have been happier"
