"The Pro was easy to schedule, called about 30 minutes prior to arrival, was on time - actually a few minutes early and diagnosed the problem via our phone call so he had the part needed when he arrived. Repair took minimal time and he was very organized and cleaned everything up when he had finished. He didn’t leave until he verified the appliance was working and explained what the problem had been. Very personable and professional Pro. I would and will hire this company again for any other appliance issues that may come up.
