I was able to communicate with him via text which is very nice as sometimes it is easier to do that when you work during the day. We walked the property and i verbally told him all the things i wanted done and he did everything exactly as i asked. I was impressed enough that I asked him to come back out to do some tree trimming, on a tight deadline due to our insurance company saying the trees were a hazard. Worked on a narrow walkway for patio in the back. After work was done they removed all the debris and cleaned up after themselves. Was difficult to go through the narrow walkway but they accomplished it. Mark Dunckelman was who I worked with directly and he was very prompt with his work."
