"This is a family-owned business. Mrs. Florentino is a gem to speak with, you feel like they take care of you as they would their own family. When Jorge came over to assess my kitchen, I learned they do more than just flooring, so I asked him to fix a leak in my master bath (the prior homeowner must've hired someone who did a shoddy job w/remodeling the bathrooms). Before Jorge arrived my guest bathroom leaked through the floor and if it wasn't for Jorge I would've lost it. He jumped into action and fixed my guest bathroom shower efficiently and even helped clean up the flooded water and fixed the other leak too.
