Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. Workmen arrived on time with foreman/supervisor consulting with me and my wife throughout the day as to any needed adjustments in fence plan.
