"Cesar and his team are the very best. Very quick response to all request. You don't get that very often. Estimate the next day. Started the following Monday. Clean and very professional regarding all the work done. Paint my front door and a complete overhaul of the cabinets within 3 days as promised."

Remodels, Addition to Existing Structure
"We hired sonart a Construction for a bathroom addition! Their staff was more than helpful and their crew was beyond experienced! They were actually able to finish this project a lot quicker than expected. Definitely gave me a piece of mine that I didnâ t have to worry about where the crew was are getting in contact with the office. I have dealt with some pretty sketchy construction companies and contractors in the past grateful that this wasnâ t the case here!"

"Would recommend them highly. The project involved painting our tired oak kitchen cabinets, and a less than perfect job could have been a disaster. But the result was everything we expected, and Lupe and his assistant always arrived on time with a great attitude. The job was quoted at a flat price and was intended to finish on a Friday, but ran over. We never had a sense that they were sacrificing the quality of their work to rush the project to completion. Many would have said "See you on Monday," but they gave up their weekend to finish for us as soon as possible to minimize the disruption for our family. In short, everything you hope for in a contractor."

"The owner of this company painted my exterior trim. He was on time, every time and on budget. His edges were crisp and coverage was good. I wish I had him paint the inside. He really took the âpainâ out of painting."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
