"I had a rotten fascia board with electricity service hook that was loose and attached insecurely due to wood rot. Additionally, the electrical wire from the street was at a bad angle and pulled on my roof shingle. Dori from Premium Exteriors came up with a great solution - he installed a beautiful metal mast (secured to the rafters) with porcelain anchor points for the wires coming from the street; Rotten fascia was replaced and nobody will be drilling anything into it going forward. PSEG guys liked this solution... Electrical inspector liked the solution. I think it was well worth the price."

Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. "Fixed & Fair replaced our chimney from the roofline up. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough."
