"I would not hesitate to recommend Sams Construction Club. We had Sam tear down, rebuild, and stain about 160â of modified panel cedar fence. His was the low bid (out of 4 bids obtained), but that was not the main reason we went with him. I had seen his work elsewhere in our neighborhood and those neighbors had nothing but good to say about Samâ s work ethic and diligence getting the job done. Also, he responded immediately to questions I bombed him with as we evaluated the bids. Once on site he was in constant motion, steady pace, head down and focused, even working through an absolute downpour at one point.
