"We were spending a large sum of money adding a master bedroom in the basement of our new home. I was very nervous choosing which contractor I should trust to cut a big hole in the side of my house and install a product that won't leak. After careful consideration we chose Easy Exit. A couple of sleepless weeks later, I was at the city to get my final plans approved and pick up the electrical and plumbing permits. The gentleman looked everything over and called the building inspector over for final approval who said he would not sign off on the permits until he sees the building permit and plans for the egress window. My anxiety was about to get the best of me when something happened that put all of my fears to rest...The gentleman told the building inspector "It's ok, Tony's doing the job." Ten minutes later I left with all of my permits. Tony kept in constant contact with me, his crew showed up on time, did an awesome job and left no mess behind. "Both John and Russ were courteous, arrived on time for the project, and kept me informed about the status of the project as they proceeded with it. Besides installing an interior door, they painted my front door, and repaired two bifold closet doors. They were able to repair rather than replace the tracking on the bifold doors and adjusted the cost accordingly. They also rekeyed all of my outdoor locks so that they matched; so that I only need one key to enter my house. They cleaned up after each day on the job. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I will definitely use them for other projects that I have around the house."
