Scott called me that same evening (a Sunday!) and asked if he could come the next day at 10:00am. He showed up the next day right at 10:00am, as promised, to asses the work, free of charge. He then left to grab some supplies and tools and got right to work. Fixed the problem AND cleaned out the ductwork. He worked nonstop, all day. The end result was exceptional. It was the hottest day of the summer and all new posts were installed by early afternoon, and the deck above was raised a few inches back into level.
