"Mr Harold Fennell was so professional from the first point of contact all the way through to the completion of my service. His knowledge regarding true hard wood floors was awesome. He gave me loads of tips to continue caring for my floors. And when I asked him if I need another appointment in about a year, he truthfully said "oh no maam, if you do as I said, you will be good for about 2 years." I was impressed with his honesty. Most people would have ran with the year I assumed. Also his quote was so much more reasonable than all the others I received. It was about 40% less than all the others. Which in my opinion was the correct amount for the service I was requesting. I will always use this company EXEMPLARY service. And oh wait... the floors look MARVELOUS. as if they were brand new. Harold was not only professional, but also prompt, and didnt drag out the whole day. He came in, inspected, told me the good about my floors, and honestly said he saw nothing bad or pressing. He did the job WELL, gave me tips on care, gave me information on what my future needs should be, didn't try to upset me on any other services not even himself for my FUTURE needs that he recommended. He said "when you get someone to come out to do XYZ... Blah blah blah..." I said "well Mr Harold, do you provide that service?" And he said absolutely, but I can't assume it would be me!! And I assured him it wouldn't be anyone else. He left no mess behind. Professional, Prompt, efficient, HONEST and knowledgeable and an awesome job!! As long as he is in business, NO one else will touch my floors!"
