For a company to be honest about a project and determine what they could do would not result in a professional look was astounding! While I cannot attest to the quality of work (for this review I had to rate them and guessed it would be a 5), I am certain anyone who has the knowledge and integrity to enlighten the customer to the problem and suggest alternatives for repair/replacement, would provide excellent results.
