"This is a second/third generation business. First, Andy (who is the third generation, as it turned out) came to access my chimney project. To start with, he was on time, on the dot. I was really impressed. But his demeanor and ability to communicate with me, was so striking that I'm still, a week later, remember him vividly. This was true salesmanship - he did not push on me anything, was up front, gave me two choices for the cap and explain the difference and, of course, gave me his quote in writing. Second, Tony, his father, (second generation) came to install it. Very professional, very friendly and very generous individual. For a couple of hundred dollars - it is well worth it. Great people, great company, great service. !"

air duct cleaniing
"Carlos and Jose were amazing. They cleaned the heat ducts to the furnace and were efficient, professional and neat. They took their time and made sure they cleaned the ducts well since they had not been cleaned in over 5 years and we had just finished a remodel in the house so they really needed cleaning! They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them."

"all the old blown-in attic insulation was removed (including the dead mice and rats); sanitized the entire attic; seal all the gaps in ceiling/attic; rodent proofed all areas of attic with wire mesh that were exposed including garage area and under house foundation vents. Workmen protected interior of house by laying down paper walkways and plastic sheeting to wall off areas of house interior. Very conscious of taking care of my house.."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
