"I was very pleased with the quality of work done on the flooring and crown molding. The corners on the base molding were rounded to fit the curves, not just squared off as most. John and crew was easy to work with. I really like that John broke down all costs with the bid, on materials and labor. I knew how all my money was spent. Not to mention very reasonable, as I received 3 different quotes. John even did extra things that he didn't t include in price, like hanging curtain, paintings, and light fixtures. "Work Quality: Gold Standard Construction's team was very careful handling my delicate ornaments inside my flower beds, and furniture when preparing for my new patio, the craftsmanship was excellent, leveled with a slope, no shifting bricks, they replaced sod as necessary and they even added a little curb with rebar for support. They go above what is called for and treated me right. 5/5 Customer Service: The rep that initially quoted us was very prompt, and even arrived early, was very knowledgeable when discussing options and ideas, every time we communicated, they left multiple avenues to interact with them. Even though then contract form appeared simple, I appreciate that they value communication while working with us.
