"We had a SMALL roof repair. Called numerous businesses who had large minimums. JR Roofing came and looked, asked a reasonable price and then fixed it the next day BEFORE rains could start. Roof is old and they could not exactly match color of asphalt shingles, so they took off good ones on the backside to put on the front side. They used the non matching color on the backside where they would not be so noticeable. We appreciated that."

It was a large home with two large and two small sections of flat roof. I chose the double layer with energy efficient top layer. Their price was very competitive, but what I appreciated most was Luis, Jr. excellent communication with me...keeping me informed during all three weather delays (rain, strong winds, and rain). They cleaned up every day and worked most days literally drawn until past dusk. I was VERY IMPRESSED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any roofing task. They coordinated everything...inspections, material delivery, portable toilet, etc...and they didn't stop unit the job was completely done. I don't think I could have found a better company...their work ethic, integrity, and teamwork were tops. Thanks for a great job!"

"Genuine Coatings, Inc. is a very comprehensive exterior house painter. On the job daily from 8:45am ~ 4p. Very polite hard working team family and friends. Much attention to detail and doing extra small painting details. Comfortable with this team every day walking around our home daily for a month and a week. They were very gracious and always asked if we liked their work. And we told them it is great. We reviewed their work by a walk around and I even got on a ladder to closely inspect the work. Mario is the owner and is very young owner and his foreman William and team members : Julio, expertise highly skilled carpenter, beautiful craftsmanship of fascia replacement and wood window frame detail repairs, Rodrigo, Kevin, Timmy and Gaspar were all so hard working."
