I started a project on Saturday, 28 Dec - on Monday, 30 Dec, my shower was fixed by noon. First time it hasnt leaked while turned off in months! Evan, who scheduled it, was very nice. "Jim was extremely rapid in contacting me to discuss my unstable deck. I texted over some pictures of the issue I needed addressed. He provided me with an estimate and scheduled me in for 8 am the very next morning. Jim and his awesome crew arrived exactly on time and immediately began making repairs.
