Sadly, more often than not, the "best" contractor you can find is only the "best" because they at least show up at some point and maybe take 50% of your calls. I can say that Galen Valadez and his crew at GR Valadez Construction are a cut way above the rest. I used them six months ago on a bathroom remodel in Seguin TX. My elderly father was at risk of falling when stepping in and out of his tub and desperately needed a step-in shower. Galen answered my phone call on the second ring. He showed up on time with his crew to access this project within 24 hours of that call, gave us a written quote immediately, and put us on the schedule. His crew showed up on time everyday, were very professional, and super courteous, which my 87 year old father and 83 year old mother just loved. GR Valadez Construction definitely under-promised and over-performed. Not only did they finish the job ahead of schedule, they also came in UNDER budget! I can say with the utmost honesty and sincerity that I have found possibly the most honest and dependable general contractor in Great State of Texas. Shop around if you must, but if you do not give GR Valadez Construction a crack at bat, you are making a huge mistake. You won't find an outfit that takes greater pride in their work!"

"Walker Construction just completed a project for me and I am through the moon happy. Jason is a very talented craftsman; his welding skills are top notch. He is meticulous and detailed oriented. Mr. Walker built me a metal suspended exterior staircase attached to my 2nd story deck that landed on a cement pad by the door to our garage. I was also impressed by how much time he took to make sure the stairs which were fabricated off site would install perfectly onto the existing building. This is a very tricky thing. Considering the stairs floated out from the wall and attached to a slightly out of level deck and landed on a sloped concrete pad?it was going to take someone like Jason to get it right. I am so grateful I found the right person for the job. From the first contact, until the end Jason was on top of communication letting me know how things were progressing, sending me pictures and emailing me my paperwork. I really enjoyed working with Jason. Thanks for a job well done"
