But Ortega Electric is one of the few contractors I have hired that has two very important additional factors that others donâ t always have. Communication is critical all along the process of hiring for a project. Ortega Electric simply excelled at this. Phone calls and text messages were answered very quickly. I appreciated that immensely. The last was punctuality. He was always right on time for appointments and never kept me waiting. His work is of high quality and he worked with me to educated me in areas of electrical work which helped me make decisions. He was open to answering all of my questions .
