Tom Arrived when he said he would and expertly completed the job. I could tell this man is a master of his craft. The second time I needed to replace the exhaust fans in both bathrooms and the hood over the stove. Once again, he was there when he said he would be (actually was 25 minutes early). He got right to work and before I knew it, he was finished! He knows his stuff! I've dealt with many contractors in my life - even have a couple in the family. They all seem to suffer from attention deficit syndrome. I would hire Tom again in a heart beat. He is easy to work with. He's knowledgeable and get to the point. I would trust Tom to perform any maintenance in my place from the easy to the complex. You should too! He's that good."
