This time we hired Garage Door Champions. They came by hours within our call, fixed the garage door (quite expensive exercise) and then gave us a five-year guarantee that it would not happen again, or they would repair it for free. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!"

"What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
