And even when literally a half hour later I called with more questions; took the time to come back over, double check everything, answer my questions, and tweak the system at no cost. "I called Cook's Heating & Air-Conditioning due water coming out of the pressure relief valve of my boiler. Mike called back 10 min after I left a message and arrived at my house less than 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a quick fix. Mike then performed a routine boiler maintenance and cleaning service and checked the functioning of the heating throughout my house (radiators on three floors). "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm.
