"I called Cook's Heating & Air-Conditioning due water coming out of the pressure relief valve of my boiler. Mike called back 10 min after I left a message and arrived at my house less than 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a quick fix. Mike then performed a routine boiler maintenance and cleaning service and checked the functioning of the heating throughout my house (radiators on three floors). "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board.
